Heritage Cairns Hotel

I was really impressed with the value I got for the money spent; the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the waterfront and restaurants, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Morning meal could use more variety in options.

Everything was good, nothing too much trouble, I recommend it.

The room was quiet and with kitchenette, super comfy bed, as for instance, had everything I needed. There were an electric kettle and fridges upon arrival. The location was marvellous and lovely - just walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go.

Duuude, the staff was amazing! Natalia went totally outta her way to sort out my bed situation. She even switched 'em herself! The room was chill, had all I needed, and the location was, like, super convenient too. Just wish the wifi worked better on the 3rd floor. Not cool!

Ideal location - close enough to city center for good restaurants and activities, 5 minutes from airport, and far enough away so you can sleep well. The kitchenette is small but more than adequate and if you get an upgraded room they provide all that is necessary. The laundry facility is great - does a thorough job without wrecking your clothes. Rosemary, the manager and her staff are wonderfully helpful. They go out of their way to help you find the right tour or ideal restaurant. It is hard to imagine that Rosemary can be so consistently positive and on top of all the details necessary but she is.Can't recommend the Heritage Cairns (aka Tropical Heritage Cairns) and Rosemary enough.

the room was new-fashioned and functional, offered a lounge, coffee facilities and a kitchenette. the highlight was the cheap food. the stuff were super friendly and the atmosphere was quiet.

For us it was ideal.

The AC issues were a concern, but the friendly staff quickly turned my worries around, especially the lovely evening receptionist who provided great local tips. The pool area was a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding while my baby napped. Its proximity to attractions like Muddy's Playground made family outings enjoyable, and I'd definitely return for the warm atmosphere and personal service.

The walkway corridors design or plastering is too rough and uncomfortable,for the interior comfort,they should be smoothered so the walkway walls become more friendly.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was modest and fairly clean, had good views, easy location on Green island. The room was huge and brand-new, offered a lounge area, coffee-making facilities and a kitchenette. Location: the property was close enough to the town centre and the shops and restaurants. Appreciated our trip here and would have extended the stay...

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

Heritage is a good value hotel. The room was large, with a comfortable bed and a roomy bathroom. Ample off-street parking and a nice little pool added to the experience. The complimentary bottle of wine provided to us as VIP Hotels.com members was a wonderful touch. The staff were lovely, we were offered to store our luggage until check-in, greatly appreciated.

The hotel is a bit dated.

During my stay, I really appreciated how spacious and comfortable the room was, which made it easy to relax after exploring nearby attractions like the Cairns Aquarium and the Night Markets. It was also great to find out that the location allowed for a pleasant walk to the Esplanade. Parking was convenient too, with ample off-street options available.

The staff was very helpful with confirming our bookings and offering advice. The hotel was quiet but with easy access to the Esplanade.

The shower had great pressure and the hot water was a welcome relief after a long day of exploring.

The room had a noticeable old smell, which detracted from the overall comfort .
